Online Coaching- $65
Receive personalized guidance from the comfort of your own space. These 1:1, 60-minute virtual sessions are tailored to your goals, body, and equipment, with real-time coaching to support your progress and keep you moving forward.
App access is included and required for scheduling and video sessions.
Group Training / Private Events
Private group sessions for friends, retreats, festivals, or special events (including bachelorette parties). Sessions are designed to be fun, inclusive, and adaptable to all levels of experience.
Pricing varies based on group size, location, and session structure. A custom quote will be provided upon inquiry.

To keep your spot, I ask that you book at least two sessions per month. If a spot becomes available, it will be offered to someone on the ongoing waitlist.
