I believe personalized exercise and movement should be accessible, without compromising the value of the work itself.

This model is my way of honoring both my commitment to making movement available to more people and the worth of the time, training, and care I bring to each session.

    I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots—$45–$70 per session—for folks seeking personal training at a rate that better fits their current circumstances. This community-centered option is designed to increase access while ensuring sustainable support for everyone involved.

    To keep your spot, I ask that you book at least one session per month. If a spot becomes available, it will be offered to someone on the ongoing waitlist.

    These sessions can be held in-home or at the Leicester location.
