My Approach:
My approach to fitness is rooted in safety, inclusivity and empathy. I believe movement should support your whole self—physical, emotional, and mental. I practice through the lens of body neutrality: all bodies are good bodies. You deserve a fitness routine that fits into your life, honors your experiences, and helps you feel strong and supported—not just in the gym, but in your day-to-day world.
This is a queer-affirming, LGBTQIA+ space that welcomes everyone—sex workers, non-binary folks, trans and gender-diverse people, folks of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and experiences. I’m committed to continually learning, unlearning, and growing to better support and uplift the communities I serve. Respect and safety are promised here.
Whether you’re brand new to movement, returning after time away, or stepping into a new season of life, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are—and move forward together.
My process begins with a consultation to get to know you, followed by functional assessments to guide a personalized workout plan based on your goals, needs, and preferences. You’ll receive ongoing workouts and support that focus on strength, mobility, energy, or simply making time for yourself. I show up ready to move, with my trusty green backpack full of creative tools and equipment. We'll use whatever you have on hand and mix it with what I bring to craft sessions that are fun, adaptable, and effective.
Sessions are available in-home (within a set travel radius for accessibility) or at my cozy, shared wellness space in Leicester. Together, we’ll create something that feels doable, sustainable, and truly yours—building holistic strength right where you are.
