My Approach

My approach to movement is rooted in safety, inclusivity, and empathy. I believe fitness should support the whole person: physically, emotionally, and mentally -through a body-neutral lens. You deserve a movement practice that fits into your life, honors your experiences, and helps you feel strong, capable, and supported both inside and outside the gym.

As someone with ADHD, I understand that attention, energy, and learning can look different from person to person. I strive to create a flexible and supportive environment that works with your unique needs, preferences, and nervous system.

Mountain Blossom Movement is a queer-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive space welcoming people of all identities, abilities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. I am committed to continued learning, reflection, and growth so I can better support the communities I work with.

Whether you’re new to movement, returning after time away, navigating a new chapter of life, or looking to build confidence in your body, I’m here to meet you where you are and move forward together.

What To Expect

We begin with a consultation to learn about your goals, experiences, preferences, and what support looks like for you. From there, functional movement assessments help guide a personalized training plan designed around your needs.

Sessions may focus on building strength, improving mobility, increasing energy, supporting daily activities, or simply creating intentional time for yourself. I create adaptable programs for home and gym settings using weights, resistance bands, mat work, cardio, and creative movement tools.

Together, we’ll create something sustainable, supportive, and uniquely yours -

Holistic strength right where you are.
