My Approach:

My approach to fitness is rooted in safety, inclusivity, and empathy, and centers the belief that movement should support your whole self; physical, emotional, and mental, through a body-neutral lens. You deserve a fitness routine that fits into your life, honors your experiences, and helps you feel strong and supported, not just in the gym, but in your day-to-day world.

As someone with ADHD, I understand how different attention, energy, and learning can feel in the body and mind. I aim to approach sessions with flexibility and awareness, supporting people in a way that works with their unique nervous system and needs.

This is a queer-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive space that welcomes everyone; gender-diverse people, neurodivergent folks, individuals of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and lived experiences. I remain committed to ongoing learning, unlearning, and growth so I can better support and uplift the communities I work with.

Whether you’re brand new to movement, returning after time away, or stepping into a new season of life, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are and move forward together.

My process begins with a consultation to get to know you, followed by functional assessments to guide a personalized workout plan based on your goals, needs, and preferences. You’ll receive ongoing workouts and support that focus on strength, mobility, energy, or simply making time for yourself. I create personalized exercise plans for both home and gym settings, using weights, resistance bands, mat work, cardio, and a variety of creative tools and techniques. We’ll work with whatever you have available, blending it with equipment I provide to create sessions that are engaging, adaptable, and effective.

Together, we’ll create something that feels doable, sustainable, and truly yours, building holistic strength right where you are.
